The song is called "Arithmetic" and the lyrics are by Brooke Fraser.

It was an in-house song called "True Love" written by Neighbours Music Director Chris Pettifer and local singer/songwriter Meg O'Riley.

does anyone know where i can get a copy of this song. it has been driving me mad for months and i just cant find it anywhere! any help would be greatly apprecited

I'm afraid you can't purchase a copy, as Grundy Television Pty Ltd purchased the rights as it was especially written for the show.
