Hello my name is Ritesh i got placed in Capgemini and ola electric also basically i am from mechanical background i am not able to make my disigen please suggest which one should i go? Ola or Capgemini and i have also littele bit knowledge of coading please help me.....

Without knowing your skills, qualifications and interests, together with the job requirements of each position, it's hard to answer your question.
However I'd suggest that you might be able to make more rapid career progress in a smaller company, such as Ola Electric Mobility, rather than in a big multi-national, like Capgemini.
Further, the English you use in your post (which is actually more 'Hinglish' really) suggests that, while you might do very well in a solely Indian environment, you could possibly struggle to communicate your ideas in a global company (where a good standard of British/American English would almost certainly be a job requirement).
