Thanks all. Sounds like I didn't miss much then. ITV tend to make a habit of making something look really good (Secret Smile, Class of 72) and the 1st episode is, but then the ending is cack. I never learn, I still watch 'em all!

i enjoyed it as well.. can't say I agree with all the comments above! perhaps it interferred with their 'soaps' - worth reading the Nicci French books - :-)
