...from the tax man

Wonder if dad and OH can trump that.

Wonder if this is the turning point for me from such a horrible year... I hope so

First round is on me ;)

Thank you guys...I was a bit taken aback at first.

Cheers to you too Patsy ;)

I won't Bernie I don't really do sweeties these days and I only have a cake at meal times when I can dose my insulin for it. I'm going to save it.

Thanks DT :)

Thank you Mamya...there's a few things I'd like to do with it but at the moment I'm going to hang on to it but I'm also going to give my dad back what he had to use towards one of the funerals.

Me too Daisy...just need to get my sugars back in line and I'm done!
I think only the taxman can overcharge you and then you feel delighted when you get your own money returned to you at a later date.
Same has happened to me in the past and same feeling of happiness.
Good for you, spend it or save it, it's your money, have a good Christmas whatever you decide.

It's an amazing feeling SIRandyraven. The last time something like god happened I had to use the money to live off of but this time I plan to hang on to it and enjoy some happiness.

Thank you Baza! You too :) I'm going to save it for now and maybe use some of it towards currency for my holiday but I plan to top it up with extra days wages and things so I have a wee nest egg.
