I was scared of snakes until I touched one and then had it draped round my shoulders ,it wasn't slimy as I thought ,it was a yellow and white python.
The only thing that scares me about snakes (and spiders) is the fact I don't know one from the other so wouldn't know which might kill me. I only feel fear when I'm abroad.

Adam is so funny and so smiley.
It stands to reason that the celebrities aren’t going to be exposed to any creature that is likely to kill or seriously harm them – but I still wouldn’t want them around me.

spiders have eight legs ...
Haaa! Very good. :o)
Lol...

Naomi...apparently there are poisonous spiders in there.
Ummmm, I read that they cleared the camp when a dangerous spider was spotted. They don't willingly expose the celebrities to dangerous creatures.
I would assume not. I was away when it was on so only managed to see tit bits. One was the after camp thingy where they were identifying spiders and other dangerous critters that live in the jungle.

No amount of money could persuade me to go in there. I freak out when my cat brings home 'presents'
Nor me. I simply couldn't do it.

i'm bad enough when I walk into a cobweb in the garden doing my whirling dervish dance, the neighbours must think I'm a loony ,so no way could I do the trials .
Im told we have a few very poisonous spiders here in the uk, however, these spiders lack the fangs to deliver the venom to a human to cause much more than a bite equivalent to a wasp sting.
I would love to do it, however I wouldn't really want the papers dragging up some of history, especially from my teenage days like they love to do.
Question Author
oh how intriguing do tell .I promise I won't tell anyone else xx
Ratter...I'm allergic to bees (never been stung by a wasp) so although their venom is generally harmless it might not be for everyone.
The headline would most likely read:

Jungle teen shoots best friend in gunfight!!

Ha!!
ummmm. I would imagine they all get some kind of allergy screening before going into the jungle. I may be wrong!

Wasp stings hurt like a ***, I have been stung hundreds of times by the bleeders! and then the sting site itches like anything, bee stings are a walk in the park, I dont mind them.
Ratter - Im told we have a few very poisonous spiders here in the uk, however, these spiders lack the fangs to deliver the venom to a human to cause much more than a bite equivalent to a wasp sting. //

Either a spider can bite you, or it can't - the delivery of venom is not governed by the strength of the spider's bite.

We have no dangerous venomous spiders native to the UK, but some come in on imported fruit and similar.

The Huntsman Spider and the False Widow Spider deliver the nastiest bites, but none are normally fatal.
AH, I'm sorry, I will not debate with you because I cant be bothered to read your endless copying and pasting and you dragging a thread on for pages and pages so you can get a point across.
AH "Either a spider can bite you, or it can't - the delivery of venom is not governed by the strength of the spider's bite."

And I never said it was!

Please dont twist what I actually said.
RATTER - I was simply correcting your incorrect post - no debate instigated, or - in view of your snide observation - offered.
