Fat, tattoed woman sues moronic tattoed layabout for child maintenance of in excess of £3,000. She is a reformed drug user and he is a "clean" heroin and alcohol addict.

The judge finds in favour of the mother, so my question is:

How does the unemployed useless "tool" pay the money? Where does he get £3000 from OR does ITV pay?

They sound like rejects from Jeremy Kyle !
It's an ITV show, tamborine.
//All cases are small claims, never criminal and all based around a case settlement (which ITV pays). Both parties agree to abide by the judges decision prior to filming the show.//

Tambo's answer is right in the regard that the TV company pay.
Same as Judge Judy.
I always thought that cameras were not allowed in court, or is that just criminal courts?
This isn't a proper court, it's a very bad mock up with the plaintiff and defendant sign a contract to abide by the judgement.

Thinking about it, the production company would have to pay because there would be no way of enforcing the judgements as you can with a real court.
of course they agree to adhere to the judgement - theres no consequences!
Unless you're the plaintiff, bednobs, and Judge Rinder finds in favour of the defendant. He's made out to be a liar of national tv and still hasn't got his money.
I read somewhere that he is not a judge but a barrister or some such.
Whatever he is, I can't stand him, I prefer Judge Judy !
I am correct. He is a criminal barrister.
and he was best man at Benedict Cummerbund's wedding
