I have shopped at Debs for years and now I buy online quite a lot. I quite often send stuff back, (sometimes I order two of things in different sizes) I was just looking at the back of my bill and I find that if you have credit with them (which I sometimes get with sending things back a bit near the billing date) they charge you up to £10 if you are in credit for three consecutive months!! Does everyone realise this except me (lol) and do all the shops do it I would be interested to know. I haven't been charged this as I can always find something to buy but it just made me a bit annoyed at the thought. - rosy
