I know which one you mean. The one where the villagers didn't like it because they wanted their village to win a prize? The kind gardener started helping him?

Didn't the council have a charge on his house for all the clean ups?

I was disappointed with the end of the programme with Richard Wallace as I wanted to see if he did clean his house up and what it looked liked after.
