It has been the case for quite some little while that 'some' posts from here are Tweeted.
AnswerBank is available to everyone in the world.....it is NOT a private members club, so really, why should it matter if your thoughts appear here on on Twitter?
I don't want my thoughts on Twitter JTH. If I wanted my thoughts on twitter I would register with Twitter. Simple as that. I know you can pick up AB postings on Google and I know they can be used elsewhere. I simply do not want them on Twitter.
I was........but was so disappointed that apart from having a mooch about on the first day I registered, I have never used it.
Please don't misunderstand, I was equally as upset when I found out that 'our discussions here' could be accessed on Twitter.........but as Ed says, we enjoy the same degree of anonymity on Twitter as we do here so I suppose it's up to us to decide quite how much information we give away here....
Well.....I thought that the only relationship that AB had with Twitter was that you could log onto AB whilst on Twitter without logging out of Twitter.
I understand Jack, but am less than comfortable with Twitter. It's something I avoid. I haven't even registered. There is nothing I say on here that I want to hide, but even so ......................
which is why i dont like to go into too much detail at times, which yes defeats the object of asking the question when not enough info is given to bring about an accurate answer. I am enjoying this site and will just keep to light subject matter, so many nice people and lots to read and chat about.
