Just been watching his latest video rants at his producer.......what an idiot he`s turned out to be. Does he think he is impressing people? £1.2 million an episode?, I`d be kissing the producers feet if he asked me too.

I fail to see what the problem is here- sure he's a mess, but it's his mess, he's not harming anyone else, and it's his cash he's doing it with.

The fact that the programme makes so much that this sort of obscene salary can be justified merely proves how much the rest of us are ripped off to line the pockets of some in the entertainment industry.

I haven't really read much about what's going on with him but it seems like he has lots of problems at the moment and the media is taking great pleasure in putting him on a pedestall and goading him so everyone can have a good laugh at his expense. I think it's sad really.

One thing he mentioned in his Alec Baldwin interview was that he went out onto the ocean with a huge projector and a copy of Jaws. He said it was magnificent how occasionally the horizon would line up on both the screen and the ocean.

I just thought that was a great way to watch a film.
