How can I get a copy of my fathers will. He would have died in either Canada or the USA after my stepmother. My father died in 2001. If someone can get the ball rolling I would appreciate it, as I believe it possible their may be something personal worth seeing. Many, Many Thanks.

Well in general terms:

you need to establish when and where he died - a family history site may be able to help. Even googling his name could if it's an unusual one.

then you approach the probate authorities in that area who (if the law is the same as in the UK) will sell you a copy. If it went to probate.... If not you are on a loser.
