how can i find out the landlord of someones adress ? is there a way ??

yoou can get details of the owner from the land registry, i think it costs about �5

You can enquire on a Sunday to see if the address exists (and hence a legal owner exists on file) but cannot pay your �3 and download to see who it is until tomorrow.
