My bruv had same problem with ex wife and she was given six months to sell up or lose her share, made to vacate property in favour of bruv. She soon sold up!
Well if he has not taken notice of this order from the court, take him straight back to court. they will do whats best for you.If you have a solicitor he will be able to let you know all thats best for you, and my heart goes out to you im in asit thats where he owes me moneyfrom august he keeps saying will pay up So i have decided to take him to court, its bad enough having to deal with split and your probably a bit like me keep giving them chances. but i found out that its not good l should of taken legal action way back. am the fool not taking legal action straight away as all my friends say told you that, turns out they were right so. let the solicitor deal with. Hewill have to pay all costs as he has already broken the agreement given by the judge, which they will take that into consideration on your side, all the best sorry not to be much help. but i dont trust men i think they still think that they feel that they are in control if you have to keep asking them for iwhat is yours good luck
