This sounds like a homework question, so being a cynic I'm inclined to say - one's best guess at what the real bundle should consist of.

4. Witness Statements of Fact

5. Expert Reports (if any)

6. Inter Partes correspondence predating the issue of the Claim

7. Documents relevant to the Claim which were exchanged at Disclosure.

8. Legal Aid Certificates for either party who is assisted.
