Is a "clean break in relation to capital and income" as clean as it gets?
If I have a Without Predudice as to costs offer yet have not had full disclosure, can I accept the offer but with condition that full disclosure reveals nothing out of the ordinary? ie a hidden bank account.
Any replies to either above woudl be gratefully received.
