I was caught speeding back in Jan, 57mph in a 50mph zone. Sent off my driving licence and 60 payment for the conditional offer of 3 points and 60 fine. My licence has now been returned to me and ive been told they will be taking me to court as my licence is not a uk licence! My licence is UK but issued from DVLA Coleraine not DVLA Swansea, but im a serving member of the RAF so for security reasons need my licence for id in Northern Ireland so therefore cant have a forces address on it.
I feel very discriminated against now and am worrying that if it goes to court ill get more than the 3pts and 60 fine originally offered to me, any ideas?
