Can the ex wife change the middle and surnames of my children without my consent , i dont see them as i went to court 4 access but living 450 miles away she would pretend to be out or just not answer the door

Technically speaking - NO as you both have parental resposibility over the child because you were married. I will 1. Apply to a court for contact order. This is what I did. Indicate that you will want the kids to spend 3 weeks with you in the summer, birthdays to be alternated etc.
2. Issue a specific issue order si that she can't change the name

How would u issue a specific order ,is it threw a solicitor ,certainly not the csa as they r screwing me as well
