I was going to purchase a home and found out there was inaccurate information on the Seller's Discloser Form that would have caused me to not pursue the home and purchase a $425 home inspection. The seller's marked the incorrect plumbing (PVC) when it was actually PB Plumbing that has a settled a $950 million dollar class action suit againt them for faulty piping. If the seller's correctly disclosed the piping they had, I would not have paid the cost for a home inspection. Can I sue them for the $425 dollars?
