caravan

i have been informed that it is illegal to park a caravan on your own drive if the house is less than 15 years old.
anyone know otherwise ?

Its not to do with the age of the house, its whether there is a restrictive convenant in your Land Title preventing it. Estate-built housing developments will very often have such a clause, more especially in the last 30 odd years.

i have my caravan on my drive, i ask the local counsal, and they told my it is ok to store the caravan on your own drive aslong as you do not live in it.
i hope this help, ps i live in Portsmouth.
