Can anyone tell what happens to someone who was made bankrupt 30 month's ago and has now been made bankrupt again?

nothing,what do you think happens,hes a old hand at it,he cant have credit,credit cards,bank account etc etc.thats about it,if he owes people and has nothing,he cant pay can he.
you risk being done. my friend went bankrupt and it says if you go bankrupt again then you risk being prosecuted or something, look it up on www.insolvencydirect.gov.uk thats the official going bankrupt website and you can fill out the forms online so i think it will tell you on there.
I filled out all the forms for him and i remember something about that on there.

It depends why it's happening. If he/she has been irresponsible and got credit again in circumstances where he/she knew - or was pretty certain - that it could not be paid off then it might well result in a Bankruptcy Restriction Order and a much longer period of bankruptcy. At worst, if fraud is involved, a criminal prosecution could be the outcome.
It is a criminal offence to obtain credit as a bankrupt without informing the creditor you are a bankrupt. Its not illegal for a creditor to give credit to a bankrupt though
