i just watched a programme on a womens prison, life for the prisoners is VERY dull, they have to wear navy blue shirts as their uniform, they are woken up at 7am with loud bells and a hooter after unlock they have their uniforms and cells inspected, some then go to work for those not working they are locked back in their cells, they get half an hours excercise per day, at 4pm they get their dinner then they are locked in their cells until the next morning, the women all shout and scream out of their heavely barred windows anbd some of them looked very sad and misreable, at 9pm lights out, the prisoners are no longer allowed to speak to each other after this time, i know prison is a punishment but i couldnt help but feel sorry for them what do you think ?

Why do all your questions follow the same lines. It looks like you have had quite a few answers to them yet you haven't replied to 1 of them.
Yes I do
we have had a tenant beat up my land agent. Altho his mum is sick of him, I dont want him to go to prison - they never come out.
75% are on benefits - 67% never hold another job.

Bleeding heart I know - land agent agrees.

he is now on the run from.... his muvva ! hopeless pisshead and addict.
No sorry feelings. They have committed a crime and are in prison for a reason. But, i am in favour of treating prisoners decently.
I agree with PP - I feel sorry that there aren't more resources for literacy classes - rehabilitation help and education programmes. Perhaps something like these measures would cut down on re offending.
Prison is a punishment but so often people come out of prison in the same state that they went in.
You have already asked this question and never have the decency or manners to reply to anyone who answers you. On any of your questions. Why?? Do you even exist??

I think the way you are going, and do not want to be told WHAT TO DO you will never get a job and may well end up in one of these ‘horrible’ places yourself as you do not obey authority. (E.g. getting detention frequently). So …. GROW UP.
I'll give you the same answer as i did when you last asked this. No I reserve my sympathy for their victims.
I always thought that a prison sentence was about rehabilitation, not humiliation. I have sympathy for any victims but not all crimes are against a person. Seems it's OK to steal millions from the public purse without recourse to the law. One for the rich and one for the plebs.
Why are you asking this again? Were you dissatisfied with the 18 replies you received the last time ?
gawd maggie do you get back ache walking around with that 4x2 on your shoulder?
TTT why do you walk around with a brown mouth?
I only feel sorry for the innocent ones.
As long as they are not abused I believe in, Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. No I don't have any pity.
