Bbc Quiz : Week 13 . . .
45 Answers
. . . or Week 12A if you're superstitious ;-)
Can it really be Friday again?
Oh well, here we go again then!
A reasonable start for me this week, with FIVE out of seven on the main quiz:

The junior one seemed fairly straightforward too this week. FOUR out of five for me:

I couldn’t reach half marks in the timed quiz though. Just FOUR out of ten for me:

A lot of people had some really low scores last week, including quite a few zeros. (One of which was mine, in the kids’ quiz too!). However I’m expecting to see some far better scores in general this week. So how will YOU do?

Good evening, Sam. I'm fine thanks. (I'm always feeling good when there's a cat on my knee, as there is right now!). I hope that you're well too.
As I've probably said before, your scores are like my body shape: big around the middle ;-)

Well done on just edging ahead of me then, Cashier ;-)
(Having the same question turn up in more than one quiz doesn't always seem to help me much. I can still keep getting it wrong!)
At least you avoided any complete disasters, Tony ;-)
(I'll be joining you in that beer that I know that you're going to have - just as soon as I can persuade this cat to get off my knee!)

4, 3, 2, Patsy? With that trend, it's lucky that there weren't a few more quizzes, otherwise your scores would have gone negative ;-)
Consistent indeed, Campbellking . . . and quite good too ;-)
My darling Moonbeam, who seems to have spent much of his life feeling bullied and insecure (even though he's actually the one who strikes out with his claws first), has really grown in self-confidence lately and is now contentedly sleeping on my knee. (Overcoming his anxiety seems to have improved his general condition too. He used to be very skinny, with quite a thin coat, but I've now nicknamed him 'Fluff-podge' because he's solidly built with a lovely thick and fluffy coat). I put the improvement down to this stuff, which isn't cheap but is certainly worth the money, in my opinion!
