Thursday. It's dry outside, but still chilly, so I haven't been walkies this morning. All that's on the board for today is an eye test. I went to my bank yesterday for an appointment, an hour and a half later I came out £500 richer, someone has been scamming my account! So lots of changes made. Well done the young man that dealt with it! I'm a happy bunny.

Morning WBM. My first day back at work today. I was on annual leave and got struck down with severe tummy upset and had to extend my AL, as I didn't want to take sick leave.

I know I'm going back to a huge pile of work though :-(

I'm trying to book our seats on the plane to Crete but OH and I can't agree. I want a window seat and he wants and aisle seat but stinkit has to sit on one of our laps so we could have a stranger in between us.

Good afternoon all. Just returned from a 'jungle' walk over Pangkor Island. The guide pointed out some trees that had fallen due to soil erosion. Trouble is it's been down to the activities of a family of wild boar that have made their way to the island. The Malaysian Government have been concerned enough to see what can be done to eradicate them. Have seen plenty of near 2 metre long monitor lizards - scary, but harmless.

fine ta..joys of ALDI and TESCO today...popping in on friend with a birthday gift..then going into neighbour to see if there is anything more I can do to help today..think everything is covered..granddaughter is here now and the other son has taken time off work to ferry his mum around if needed..

probably... got to call in to pet store to buy an outside shelter for a cat that never seems to get in..another neighbour who passed away a couple of years ago..her son is still in the house, but the cat,although looks ok, is neglected of attention, it is always coming round here just looking for cuddles..can't let him in because of Mia, but he is out in all kinds of weather so will put a wee cat shelter with blankets etc in a corner of the patio for him, at least he can stay dry and warm..and fed !

Morning to everyone! Freezing here - frost on cars! Still in huge amount of pain with back so going to dose up and hope for the best. Car all repaired now thank god! Mr Smow away on business so no stress about what to do for dinner lol.........
