on and off for over twenty years. the last one where i was made redundant was 8 years.
40 years.
Nearly 25 yrs royal mail
40 years and 3 months
Too long to remember. About 25 years maybe.
Never did care much for interviews.
I've had different jobs but always the same employer, Beds County Council.
Had my own business for 25 years - never did fancy working for others :)))
Tilly . . . wasn't the County Council abolished in 2009 and divided into two unitary authorities: Bedford Borough Council and Central Bedfordshire Council?
33yrs, then employers came with a redundancy package and I was gone!

retired on health grounds in 2004 = 24 years and 33 days with DHSS/DSS/BA/DWP.

Awarded my civil service pension at age 40.
Yes, Flonska, it was divided. Basically the same people paying my salary though.
26 years, where I am now.
43 years with BT - only the second job I have ever had!
25 years with Tayside Regional Council which became Dundee City Council.
23 years with the Magistrates' Court Service and was planning to leave in the June when Mr BD retired but they offered voluntary redundancy and nearly £40k if I would leave in the February. No brainer.
30yrs last autumn.
35 years when I retired in 2015!
