Wednesday. It's a lot calmer this morning. A lot of sunshine yesterday with the odd shower. I hope today is better.

Tiggy came out for his supper and a wander round the garden, but didn't venture out.

Lots of odds and ends today. I know how to have fun! :o}

Morning Boaty, seems very quiet here this morning. Nippy outside, windscreen had some frost but i'm sure it will get warmer later

How are you and Maxine? any chance of coming down this way?

I don't get on as much as I used to these days, just been so busy and with tax year end about to drop on us, i'm not going to get much time soon. At the moment we are in summer holiday mode and saving up for our hols later in the year, but we are going to be going around the UK to various areas - not sure which is next though, yet

All go, isn't it! We have a newer boat at Saul. It has a proper toilet on board, along with a galley, proper lighting and passengers can go up to the stern and get a better view. It's names Endeavour. You can see it on the website if you have the time and implication. It carries two less passengers, 10, instead of 12, but is much more comfortable.

Morning talbot. You've obviously got one you want to get rid of. If you describe it you never know, someone might take you up on it.

I think he probably means that the dog woke him from his slumbers, Boaty, and is rather peeved about it!
Had a look at the website - looks a tidy craft, although I had envisaged it being a little larger

Morning Boaty, it is supposedly my daughters. I told she was mad, that it would tie her down, she said it wouldn't.


She was right ... She is in New York whilst I'm getting up at 5am to take the bloody dog out.

It's 30 foot long. 3 feet longer than Perseverance, But it fits into our mooring at the TA nicely. :o}

That's the reason I won't have one. It wouldn't be fair to me or the dog. I'm out a lot, places where I couldn't take it. I have to do a lot of rearranging when I have the snowflake here.

From the photo it didn't look 30', but then photos can be a little deceptive. I see sailings are starting again so the free lunches will be on the menu at the TA again, I guess.

I read somewhere about a bloke who trained his dog to follow a torch beam, Dog in garden, man indoors at window with said torch, dog getting exercised while man enjoys a drink. Sorted! :o}
