All that is being reported in Court seems little short of disgraceful. Evans is having the appearance of being a dangerously out of control sex maniac and bully, and everybody seems to have been aware of it but stood around and did nothing, for years on end. Gives us Swansea chaps a bad name.

***Please note Title adjusted by Editor to reflect the not guilty YET position of the trial, thank you***

I'm surprised that nose of his has survived this long. 'Just Nigel' would have been left in no doubt as to my feelings if his hand had strayed south of my belt.

he certainly does appear to be out of order - order

Dirty Boy, . . .NO!!!!
Surely at the moment, it should be 'alleged disgusting behaviour' ?
Yes quite right. At the moment it is the prosecution's turn to put their allegations to the court via their evidence. It would be surprising if they suggested anything other than "disgusting behaviour" given the nature of the charges.
I dont know what you have been reading in the Daily Perv Mikey

Daily Teleg makes it clear that two witnesses who complained are ebing amde to testify against their wills on statements they previously made - there are threads about Can I withdraw my statement - here the answer is NO

They presumably have drawn the line against 'I consented' because contemporary accounts make it clear they werent and they were complaining.

Our Nige apparently was also counselled to put his hands down the trousers of consenting MPs and not young employees whose consent was a bit dicky or wibbly so to speak - but failed to reflect and act.
ebing - being
amde - made
my usual typos - soz

douglaS.....QUITE.... I have been reading this thread and the thought that comes to mind is that in my time.60's 70's it would have been a matter of
"You do that again mate and i will lay one on yer."

Trouble is today, that homosexuality is accepted..........

Have i missed the point?
Yes I think you have Sqad -

Just as in your day if little Nursey didnt like you fondling her, she would smack you in the mush....

one can turn down a homosexual advance in a variety of ways

I mean if someone perfomed an unwanted abortion on your dear wife,
you wouldnt shrug and say,
dear dear I blame the 1967 Abortion Act - that is when the ROT set in
would you ?
Mental, Pedro, just mental.
If true yes I agree.

But not guilty as yet is he?
Further up the corridor
Max Clifford is having a good day in court by all accounts
in his case
alleged, remember that thing we do, only guilty once convicted.
A pity one of Evans' alleged 'targets' didn't turn round and give him a thumping.
If guilty, then yes it would be disgusting behaviour and a question must be raised on how he ever landed the job as Deputy Bercow.

As to giving you Swansea chaps a bad name, I thought you had that way, way before Evans came along!
sir prize we dont know if there were - in which case we might not hear about it
I am important; I am a politician; in fact I am a Deputy Speaker; therefore I am always right.

Yeah ok.
You have missed the point, sqad. It's not about homosexuality, but forced attention. If he was doing it to women, would you say "well, that's heterosexual- so fine"?
\\\\\\If he was doing it to women, would you say "well, that's heterosexual- so fine"?\\\\

No, but forgive me, as he wasn't doing it to women, as far as we know, or to sheep.....just other MEN.
Whom he had power over, Sqad
