Your link doesn't work but I'm not sure why you wanted to post it anyway. You can check the pressure and tread yourself or get them tyres checked at a garage

Your tyres, if in good condition should be safe!

Accidents hardly ever happen, around 95% of so called accidents are caused by driver or rider stupid deliberate actions.

If you don't know how to check and maintain your tyres your lucky not to have come off your bike in the last year!
