Need more information, perjury involves lying under oath in a court of law , did he do that as well as marrying before divorce ?
To get married you just need to sate that you are able to legally marry , no oath in court involved.

he has never divorced me been married for 25 years he married again last year and stated on his certificate that previous marriage was dissolved.
That is not perjury , he did not lie under oath in a court. He is guilty of bigamy you need to let the registrar of marriges know as he is not legally married.

wont the police inform them as they are investigating him they have all the evidence but are taking their time in questioning him it has been almost a month since i reported him.
The police will investigate but it may take some time .
LOL

police have got all the evidence proving it but he is playing hide and seek from them so they havent got a statement from him. I wish I could go and find him and drag him to the station. lol
Does his new 'wife' know that she is not legally married ?
Sorry, but this will not be 'top priority' for the police , they will look for him when they can spare someone from more urgent work.
The police will get a warrant for his arrest if there's any reason to believe he is avoiding them or his whereabouts are not known.. Arrested, he'll be in custody for a while, questioned, then charged with bigamy, brought to magistrates' court, and his case sent to Crown Court. This all takes time, so it's early days yet.
They will get a warrent but probably not actively persue it. If he is questioned for something eles such as a driving offence the warrent will show on the data base and he will be arrested.
You seem to have had a terrible time recently upset.
