In life after death?

I miss Naomi on here, who was a devout Atheist. But she believed in some sort of spirit world.

What do you believe?

I don't know about life after death as such but I like to believe when you're gone you get to meet all the people you lost when you were alive.

I keep thinking Naomi has come back to us in another life ummmm. I miss her too. I like to think that there is something after death but I can't quite get my head around there being another dimension.

I'm not at all religious but do feel there is something after death. Having experienced several unexplained things over the years after someone has passed on, I can only feel there is something but not sure what. I am still open to suggestion but because I've experienced "things" I have to say it's not imagination and I've never expected anything after someone has passed away. Whether it's a "sign" that some sort of essence goes on or what I don't know, but it's something I would love to find out....on this plane. I don't suppose we will ever have sure-fire evidence here though.

In as such as I believe that as long as you live on in the memories of others then you'll be metaphorically alive, and also you'll be part of the earth or in the soil if you want to get particularly flowery about it but otherwise no.

Yes, I do. As a committed Christian I firmly feel that this is not the life that matters and there most certainly is life after death.

We have been promised life after death by Jesus who has gone to prepare a place for us and I firmly believe this will happen. It's a difficult concept to get my head around - what it will be like etc - but I'm sure I'll meet my family again.
