The way this country is going with "soft" sentences and being nice to people who break the law, I would suggest that you may get an all expenses paid holiday to Florida - as you have no doubt suffered stress from this!!!!!!
What were the injuries of the other people?
are you going to plead guilty?
Are there any mitigating factors?

The arresting officer clearly over-reacted and should be disciplined. The Crown Court will throw out the case and you will be entitled to massive damages for wrongful arrest. You didn't say so, but I'm sure the arresting officer used unnecessary force and so it's probable you will be unable to ever work again (because of physical and mental damage). A life on benefit is not so bad though.

forget your certificates, but take your toothbrush.
GBH is da most serius offence dat is on ur indictment. U do not provide n e detailz of da injuries, mitigation or aggravating factors. Consequently, n assuming U av bin charged wiv s.20 GBH a sentence of up to 5 years is possible. This sentence is unlikely 4 a first time offenda howeva. I would seek legal advice n most certainly improooove ur gramma b4 ur court appearance.
