A creditor can commence proceedings if you owe over 750.00. If there is no repayment schedule then would it be interpreted that the debt was call in-able at will?

The creditor doesn't need to sign, just the debtor to accept the terms of the loan.

The credit card company may have sold on the debt or referred it to debt collectors who are trying to recover the debt on their behalf.
