Your Current Job will be your last Job if you leave
I always put N/A (not applicable) under the current position 'reason for leaving' column. If you've not left then you haven't got a reason. The fact that you are applying for something does not even mean you want to leave. If there is something concrete, like the current position is only a short-term contract or something, then you can always mention that briefly in a covering letter or interview stage.

Thanks redman and pipinhull

maybe i should have said there are 5 options to choose frm so i cant put N/A
So there is a specific column/section that is entitled something like 'Current/last job' and a box where you have to say what your reason for leaving was/is? What are the five options?
