job help organisations...

ive heard of sencia, reed, etc...but i've found many of these job centre linked ones are a bit 'amateur' and some sort of just seem to be going through the motions of their job if you get me...so are there any more 'successful' and useful ones around...

i'm looking for some slightly unusual job assistance, so wondered if there are any more dedicated and professional companies available...
