With all the changes hppening to job centres all over the country has anyone had any problems, let us all know.

yes things have changed and they are absolutely no use, they just direct you to a machine and leave you to it, hardly service, i could've gone online if i wanted to be confused.

One of the changes is that if you go to the jobcentre o enquire about your benefit paymnt has not gone through to your account that they forced you to open, theygive you a phone number to phone, it is an 0845 number so it costs you at least 40p hen you are on the phone for at least twenty minutes which is costing more money, this may sound not a lot of money, but when you are down to your last pennies it is a lot, surely they should make the phonecall free phone. Wht do you think?
