The only people who get changes easily have children, if i need time out to to get better and especially that i plan to have children in next 2 years i just want to know if i have any grounds to persue this

At the end of the day your company is running a business, not a social services department. You would have been employed to work specific hours and obviously your company is not obliged to allow a change of hours just because they no longer suit your lifestyle. It's up to you what you do but you have no leverage as far as employment law is concerned.
I would go to your union rep deffinetly if they want you to keep working there surely thay could work something out for you or if the union cant help why not try getting another job thats just nights!
