Time off for Interviews

I have put the above mentioned thread under law at 12.13pm 30/7/2012 and I am now thinking it may have been better placed under Jobs and Education.
If anybody thinks they can help would they please take a look at this thread as I do not want to duplicate it.

Time off for interviews

I am being made redundant and being paid an immediate pension from the end of August. I have got no annual leave left. My contract of empolyment states I am entitled to reasonable paid time off work...

I am looking for another job. As I work full-time, how do people get time off for interviews. I can use holidays as odd days occ, but much more is going to look suspicous! Couldnt employers interview...
