changing union

can anyone advise me on changing unions - im currently with the comunication workiers union (CWU) but am discusted by some of there recent decisions, the latest is backing down to BT openreach who have just told all its engineers that they will be required to work 9 days overtime in the next 12 weeks and so im trying to look into alternative representation ?
