I think employment law says that you cannot be made to work more than 4 hours without a break. If you choose to do more that is up to you. If you work at a screen the employer also has to ensure you are wearing the corrrect visual aids apart from all the other requirements like correct seating.
Until my wife tells me to get up off my bum and do something useful.
