I´d like to start writing articles and essays in preparation for a future O´level exam

I write professionally, both technically and what one may term more interesting topics; there is a big difference between the two.

Google 'gcse English essay writing' and it brings up loads of sites. When you start your course, you could asks the tutor what they recommend.
