I am looking for a site that might tell me what sort of pay you get if you work in TV film or radio- either as a researcher or assistant, going up to producer etc.
Any ideas?

Researchers are paid very little, think of it as office junior position about 11 to 12 K but will depend on experience and which company you work for. You might get a bit more if you're well experienced with a large indie such as Endemol. Producers will get anything from 27k upwards again the spread can be large depending where and who you work for. BBC is renowned as paying bottom rates but will give you much more experience and once in you can apply for jobs within the BBC which may not be advertised externally.
