Yes, but only when something 'is' wrong.

Yes

But on top of my bipolar issues I find that if my blood sugar is low my state of mind is like yours. Chocolate? Cures many problems :-)
A lot of folk get them mate, if that makes you feel any better, Sunday is always my bad day, don't know why. I think people say think positive, but that don't help much ;o)

My head is ringing as well but I can't pinpoint what I'm anxious about. That's the problem.
I get twitchy days like that, can’t pinpoint anything but know something is ‘wrong’ (when I secretly know nothing is wrong). I just keep reminding myself that it’ll pass and that nothing is wrong. Hope you pinpoint what’s causing it soon.

I have had bouts of depression over the last 20 years or so but I've not been diagnosed as bi-polar. Maybe I need to look into it.
Horrible isn't it. Some days I can't even face washing and dressing and then I feel anxious about that I get more more and more anxious and anxiety completely takes over. Anxiety about being anxious!
Had my daughter on the phone for over an hour last night. She is feeling very low and anxious at the moment but trying to stay positive at the same time. She too has had bouts of depression in the past tigger and I suggested she might have a chat with her GP. Would you consider this? Certainly can't do any harm and might nip it in the bud. Hope you feel better soon x
I can relate tò days of feeling inexplicably down, slightly anxious and worried but don't know why. I tell myself that it has happened before and it will pass. In my case it usually does. I do hope the same for you dear Tigger x
Yes quite often. Sometimes a catnap can help for me
Me too, Prudie. Or I start doing housework or cooking.

Yes, that is exactly it.

My parents are away and I don't really have anyone to talk to at the moment.
Sorry to read you're feeling like this, tiggerblue. I've experienced it quite often over the years. Hopefully, you're just having an off day. If it goes on over the next few days, see your G.P.
Sometimes there's an underlying cause that maybe a blood test could rule out? Hope you will feel better tomorrow. xx
Tiggs, I've had bouts of bad anxiety on and off and I know what you mean. It seems to feed on itself and get worse. Try anything that distracts you, reading, music, walking, ring a friend... as Rosie says, it will pass. But it can be frustrating. I hope you are feeling better soon xx
Tiggs, sorry you're feeling below par, I hope it passes very soon
Only time I ever feel low is when I havent had my eight hours sleep the night before.
All wise words have been spoken.

I find it's almost worse when things are good in my life as it feels unjust for down days to intrude.
I give myself permission to wallow for a day or two but still try to eat well and rest often, as a rule it passes quite quickly.
Take care.x
Can you put some of your favourite music on and indulge yourself for a couple of hours, maybe have a cup of hot chocolate. Hope you feel better soon.
