Can an employer sack you based on a medical report if the doctor has said you are fit enough to work. If you have developed the medical condition since starting work with no previous sickness record. Length of service to the company is over 2 years. If the illness falls under the DDA is the employer responsible to either offfer a lower post or make provisions to accommodate?
