why do you want limited liability, instead of straighforward third party cover?

First of all, don't rush to buy Public Liability cover. Some councils are offering this free - Hillingdon for example.

Secondly, ask a local broker to organise this for you. It may be a bit more expensive, but worth the personal touch for accuracy alone.
