My dishwasher has started to not wash the dishes in one quarter of the lower tray, the front left The filter etcet is clean, there isn't any obstruction and the arms are not blocked and rotate freely. The dishes get wet and hot so there does seem to be some water getting to the dishes. Any suggestions please?

Good afternoon.

With the help of Baclofen I slept round the clock and actually feel quite refreshed - which is a first for many, many years.
Tesco question: sparkling water with a hint of lemon and lime (very tasty) is: 59p for 500ml, 41p for a litre. How's that work, then?
Question Author
Lottie that is excellent news. Tesco pricing is fascinating. I think they think we are idiots...
I am sat here with a glass of apple mint and ginger lemonade and its delicious. I just got the juicer out of the back of the cupboard and juiced up apples, mint and fresh ginger and a whole lemon and diluted it with fizzy bottled water.
The watermelon is in the fridge for tomorrow's experiment!!
I am enjoying reruns of Downton abbey, for some reason I didn't watch it the first time.
Hello lovelies
Picky ferried me round the festival .It was lovely .We saw men in uniform and lots of ships .Had a pint of local beer and fried herring and roe in a buttered bap. Lovely :)
We went on the drifter Lydia Eva but I baulked at climbing down an almost vertical ladder into the engine room so sat up on the deck while he explored it all.
Then we had a look round the Town Hall which was open to the public .Well it's always open but not certain rooms .Very interesting to see all the regalia and charters .

Glad you had a lovely day Shaney. Was the weather good. I missed this morning all together but it's been really nice here this afternoon, warm with hazy sunshine.

I am being a good girl, when my back plays up I go and lay on the bed and do the exercises the physio taught me. It does ease it up. I think I just have to accept now that I can't do what I used to do and take up a new hobby. Am seriously going to look into a new craft for the winter or pick up on my art again.

As for ladders, I can't even get to the first rung any more!!!
Talking of ladders, this dog in Norfolk amused me.

Good morning all. The mist was rising as we came home this morning, it was very pretty.....and its time for bed.
Morning all
An autumnal morning .Foggy .
Bit like my head ..lol...and I'm stiff as a board from yesterday .
Morning all...where did the morning go, I've lost an hour somewhere?! It did take me about an hour to get moving though, very achey again today.
Lovely day, sunny and blue skies. Washing's not moving much, there's hardly a breeze.

Lovely pics shaney...but what, no Farewell Trollop? :) I've never been able to knit (or type) fast and no amount of practise has improved things....must be because I've got long arms, it takes the messages from my brain a long time to reach my fingers.
I'm pretty sure that dog was on our news too Lottie...I love the duck who takes her family to the deli.

Really good George Gently last night, I can't believe I've never watched before, were they all this good or has it got better? Some of John Bacchus' quips are hilarious. (I don't think he'd get away with it nowadays).
Question Author
They were all good Robi. True and gritty but with funny bits as well. The Bacchus character has changed through the series and its been interesting watching him grow up. Its a lovely autumn day here.
|Good Morning Biddy friends everywhere!!
Here I is at last. I'm sorry for not putting my 2 pennorth in but I have really been very depressed and this morning I got up to a lovely morning and decided nothing could go wrong this week. Derrr!!
Firstly I've been keeping up with all your sometimes happy and sometimes sad posts but just haven't had the get up and go to respond so please let me say I hope your are all getting over set backs and aches and pains as best you can and also enjoying the good days as much as you can too. I have been interested and I've also had a laugh with you too.
Next - today I went to the dentist and was told they had beern trying to get in touch to cancel my appointment which didn't go down well as I have been struggling for 2 weeks so they said I could see someone tomorrow afternoon. So this is my diary for Tues./Wed. this week. 8.30 tomorrow hand Therapy, then 10.00 Eyes re cataracts app. then dentist at 3.00. Then on Wed back to the hospital to see the hand specialist to see if I can have the plaster off which was put on last week after having the stitches out. And I thought this week was going to be a turning point for much improvement. :):) Still I've decided to try and laugh about it now as much as I can.
I have been treated to a modern shopping trolley called Ollie. White polka dots on navy blue and I'm off to Sainsbureys this afto on the bus. Watch it bluudy rain!! Still I'm a lot more cheerful and hopefully back to my loopy self very soon
See yer later 'gater(s)
Robi - Jude the Obscure was the Saint of lost causes so that just about says it all about me.!!
hello Jude! Gosh, your list of appointments makes my amputated arms seem rather minor. I do hope they all go well, especially getting your hands back into gear.
Question Author
Saint Jude is an old friend of mine...as an Occupational Therapist i was always chatting to him.
Hello pals, Hi jude, glad you are out and about, yes I had to buy a shopping trolley when I had my shoulder op, but then they became fashionable!

jno, what amputated arms? Am I missing something.

Still much cooler and the pool is freezing, cannot believe how cold it got in one day, we have dropped about 10° so we locals are as chuffed as ninepence! I am feeling almost depressed for no reason, and am gallantly trying to battle it, guess it's old age. Usually I am happy and silly but it's taking an effort now. Have also put on a couple of kilos!

Looking for flights to England for Nov but there's nothing direct which means Barca and then England, such a bind, there is BA but so expensive!
Hello Jude
Lovely to see you back with us .You are now a fully paid up member of the shopping trolley brigade .I hope you get on OK with it .I have two functional hands and wrists and still get in a buggers muddle with the damn thing :)
Hope all your appts go well .I'm sure you will soon be in fine fettle .Take it easy xx
Lol Robinia ..no Farewell but I did spot a few trollops :)
You can get the previous series of George Gently on DVD .Bacchus is brilliant He was married when it first started but they split up.
Here's an overview

I've been sent a letter today from my doctors surgery .It does make you wonder if the left hand knows what the right is actually doing .
The surgery is five minutes walk away.
The letter was postmarked Peterborough !
It was letter telling me that the Opthamology have been notified that I need an appointment to book an appointment and I now have a password to get the appointment .....mind boggling .
