Did it have a bad experience with a griller?

Well that is what I'm trying to find out, hence the question.
I think legend.isgod meant goriller :)

Has it always been afraid of this?
Did you get this dog as a pup or is it a rehomed one?
Is it possible to get some info from the previous owner (if there was one)?
Is it just the toast or the crunch it makes?

Some dogs are afraid/upset by the strangest noise. My son's labrador gets very upset at any high pitched sqeaking noise - styrofoam rubbing, making a kissing noise, even rubbing a clean glass. Crazy but lovable dog.
White or brown bread toast?

Either, either, I think you should put said dog in an empty room, with no windows or furniture, & introduce, very slowly, one piece of toast at a time through a specially made toast sized slot in the door.

Make the dog face his fears!

If this doesn't work, (but it does, I've seen it work!) - it's raw toast for you!

No dog is worth his Meaty Bites if you can't share your marmite toast with him. Or peanut butter, if he prefers.
Oh, and good luck and be strong.

Don't give in.
If your dog also uses the internet, make the following link his homepage.

This should quickly have him aclimatised to his phobia. If this DOES NOT work then I suggest you remove your toaster from his kennel and put it on the bench like everyone else.

Yes I know what legend.isgod meant, and yes my dog did have a previous owner. It's not crunching toast, doesn't make a difference if its brown or white bread and I'm not sure putting the dog in a toast room wouldn't be classed as abuse.

Maybe she failed to heed the commandments of loafism before she came to live here and therefore associates toast with ShoeFu.

Perhaps as it had a previous owner, it was not bread right.

Lol you could be right, she is a cross between 3 varieties.
