get some st johns wort very good lift ur mood if that dont work get drunk and sleep lol
Me and my partner both get a bit miserable when it gets dark earlier. Sleepyj is right ~ St John's Wort is good for lifting the mood. There is a medical condition called S.A.D. (I think it stands for seasonally affected disorder) and sufferers are physically affected by the lack of sunlight. Not sure how it works but there is a lot of stuff on the net if you google it. Try vitamin D supplement and a quick sun bed session, you can also buy a lamp that is supposed to replicate sunlight and lift your mood.
not me.
Nope - I love it: it signals the start of Winter for me and I've always preferred Winter to Summer.

Plus in just over a month it will be the countdown to Xmas: I've got six 'dos' to go to plus a New Years Eve do and there is also the Xmas break - my absolute favourite time of the year.

Love it.
Absolutely not. I'd much rather have dark evenings than have to get up and go to work in the dark!

Anyway, like flip-flop, I've always been more of a winter person than a summer person.

Over the years I've learned to value each season for what it brings and not moan too much. For example, I absolutely hate hot weather (especially if it's sticky as well), but if you go out in the summer evenings, or early morning, it's quite pleasant. Winter can be dreary, but if the sun comes out, and the frost sparkles, it's wonderful!
If it's already getting dark at 4pm, where do you live, the North Pole. Here in sunny Lincolnshire we're good for sunshine till about 5.30 at the moment. If you're in Scotland then sorry but t serves you right for making the men wear frocks
Why St John's Wood - doesn't it get dark there
it is always so in the black forest!
