Vokera Combi Boiler fault

I have a Vokera Linea 28 Combi boiler. The problem occurs with a fluctuating flame on the burner whenever a hot water tap is turned on. Hot water may be produced for several minutes before the burner switches off.
Any help would be much appreciated.
