For those of us without dishwashers, what is the item you hate having to wash the most?
For me it's a sieve - never-ending battle!
Just wondering if I'm alone in this.

cleaning the oven and the bits and pieces inside it. racks etc.
The porridge pan!
Anything pots my hubby has used!! He always manages to burn everything.
grill pan !
Sieves can be a pain but if you've used it just for dry ingredients, a good rinse after the wash and allow it to dry seems to work.

Can't say any particular item stands out. Worst things are bits that were never originally on the item getting on it as I remove it from the water, bits pretending they weren't removed after I went over the surface many times and visually inspected it, so it has to be redone and hard water that leaves stuff over all as it drains/dries. Almost badly enough to force use of a teatowel.
Definitely the liquidiser, I don't put that in the dishwasher anyway and usually scrape myself on the blades.
Meat slicer.
Manual coffee frother....will find a link to post is anyone's interested ;)

Cutlery.
Leave them out in the rain, Filbert. God's own dishwasher.

Even the porridge pan comes up like new ;o)
Pans and crockery that needs soaking is always a woman's job to finish off:-)
You're so right, Melv.....
MrG wouldn't have a dishwasher for weird reasons.....so he had to wash up....always.
He did leave things "to soak".....in other words too time consuming to wash properly so....
....anything left to soak I would finish off.....by binning it/them.....

I now have a dishwasher.......☺
Mine is a grater
doris has a dishwasher ... it keeps me out of mischief for a short time
The other one is cleaning the inside roof of our grill microwave oven , which is a pain to get to ,because of the grill heating coils
Right! Sod the lot of ya then..*flounces* > > > >
@ Baldric....too busy to look at now.
We've got a dishwasher, but still don't put a load of stuff in there. Hate cleaing the porridge pan and hate doing the oven stuff and the gas and solid fuel barbie grids and stuff (actually leave OH to do that!) The coffee jug is a pain - and all the grounds stain the sink surface ..... I don't put any of my electrical kitchen gadgets in the w.m., but find that a bit of washing up liquid and some warm water really gets rid of all the stuff.

But I absolutely hate emptying the dishwasher - especially first thing in the morning on a work day .... I wish someone would invent a d.w. that empties itself and puts all the stuff away - that would be wonderful ....
Its Cutlery for me
