Probably not in the prices quoted in an advert, but it'll vary - and if it's not included, that has to be stated in the small print.

Yes. And ,if for any reason, it isn't included - it must state it CLEARLY next to any quoted price.

Thank you boxtops and gingejbee. I am just doing some book - keeping for a client and wondered if I could claim back any VAT on the phone. There doesn't appear to be any mention of it anywhere but a VAT number is quoted on the receipt.
