Facebook Privacy?

Please can someone tell me how I can make my profile/posts/photo's etc private so that only my friends can see them?

If someone does a search to find me I don't want them to see anything! Is that possible?

Click on the little arrow (top right, next to where it says Home) and choose privacy settings, follow the instructions and amend which bits you want.
